Incorporate new company (standard & same-day)
This guide explains how to incorporate a new entity (a company limited by shares or guarantee, or an LLP) using Kudocs.
The action is available via your homepage.
You do not need to pay for the incorporation – the cost is absorbed by Kudocs as part of your subscription (minimum terms apply).
For more information about incorporations, see our main FAQ here.
To find out about incorporation questionnaires for portfolio customers, see here.
