Incorporation – new group company

A customer incorporated a limited company to add to its group. The live connection to Companies House ensured that they incorporated correctly (e.g. their name was not taken by anyone else). The guidance throughout ensured that they were informed and comfortable with the (very few) decisions they had to make during the process.
