Share capital management

Make changes to a company’s share capital – create new share classes (new and historic), subdivide/consolidate shares, redesignate shares, cancel shares (by reduction, redemption or buy back) or redenominate share class currencies. You can either record these changes after they have happened or use Kudocs to obtain the correct legal consents (resolutions) and complete all register updates and Companies House filings as appropriate.
