Record route
Use Kudocs to record a cancellation of share capital after a reduction, redemption or buy back that took place after the last confirmation statement or the last share transaction involving the shareholders and class concerned (whichever is most recent).
Step 2
Select shareholders affected and number of shares cancelled.
Outputs - all handled automatically by Kudocs
- Share cancellation registered.
- Share transaction section in shareholder page updated.
- Process information stored in Kudocs for future reference & any documents filed in document store.
- If selected, share certificates issued for the share cancellation.
- CoHse updated (by filing SH02, SH03, SH06 or SH19 – subject to the type of cancellation).
