New feature release- options!

We’re are very excited to announce the launch of our upgraded options tool!

You can now use Kudocs to add the details of option schemes and grants, view real-time vesting information, export reports and registers and ensure your cap table is always up to date with the fully diluted position.

This feature is available on the Advanced package.

  • It is very easy to add details of option schemes and grants using Kudocs. You can add multiple schemes, with multiple grants and multiple option holders.
  • They can run simultaneously, in the past or the future and are easily amended.
  • Knowing who has which options, when and how should be easy.
  • And it is with Kudocs.
