This guide explains how to incorporate a new company (limited by shares or guarantee) using Kudocs.

Scroll to the "Add company" section - at the bottom of the page and click {Incorporate new}.

Complete the incorporation application - it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

You can incorporate a limited by share or guarantee company and select standard or same day incorporation. If you want same day - make sure you submit the application before 11am on a weekday (the Companies House cut off time).

Complete the application and submit to Companies House.

Incorporation will be reviewed and approved by Companies House

You will receive an email from Kudocs confirming the incorporation has been approved. You'll see the company in your Kudocs account, including all incorporation documents (incorporation certificate, first share certificates, etc). The authentication code (not that you need it, as Kudocs removes the need for web filing!) is immediately available in the Company Settings.

Incorporation reviewed and approved by Companies House

  • Email sent to initiator confirming the incorporation has been approved.
  • New company will appear in your Kudocs account.
  • All incorporation documents (incorporation certificate, first share certificates, etc) available immediately in Kudocs document store.
  • Authentication code (not that you need it, as Kudocs removes the need for web filing!) is immediately available in Company Settings.
