This guide explains how to incorporate a new company (limited by shares or guarantee) using Kudocs.

Note, you do not need to pay for the incorporation – the cost is absorbed by Kudocs as part of your subscription (minimum terms apply).

Perform route
Select this route and Kudocs will help you complete all the necessary steps for this action.
Step 1
Login to your Kudocs account.
Step 2
Scroll to the "Add company" section - at the bottom of the page and click {Incorporate new}.
Incorporation reviewed and approved by Companies House
- Email sent to initiator confirming the incorporation has been approved.
- New company will appear in your Kudocs account.
- All incorporation documents (incorporation certificate, first share certificates, etc) available immediately in Kudocs document store.
- Authentication code (not that you need it, as Kudocs removes the need for web filing!) is immediately available in Company Settings.
