High level entity report – including group reports

Can I generate a summary report about an entity in Kudocs?  Yes – very easily.  Just go to Actions > View all actions > Create entity summary report and follow the instructions.  It is very easy.  You can select to include the authentication code, or not and to whom you want to send the report.

The report contains a high level summary of the entity, including name, addresses, key filing dates and current stakeholders.  You can also select whether to include the authentication code, or not.  It is not as complete as a full set of registers and therefore does not contain as much potentially confidential or sensitive information.

What is the difference between a summary report and the entity registers (or stat books)?  The entity registers are a full set of information about an entity as required by law or accepted common practice.  They are very thorough and detailed and may be appropriate to share with certain people, or may not.  The summary report contains a high level summary of the entity, including name, addresses, key filing dates and current stakeholders.  It is not as complete as a full set of registers and therefore does not contain as much potentially confidential or sensitive information.

Can I send the summary report to a third party from Kudocs?  Yes.  By default the report will be sent to the user who is logged in and requests it, but the email address can be changed before sending.

Can I generate a report for all entities in a group?  Yes – just open the group page and click on {Group entity report}.  You can select which entities you want included in the report, as well as the other customisation available when generating a single entity report.
