Features from: 5 June 2025 – s.431 elections, add cc recipients to confirmation statement approvals, add statement of capital in template articles

s.431(1) Elections  – you can now use Kudocs to generate s.431(1) elections for employee shareholders after a share issue.  This works in the same way as our SEIS/ EIS certificate tool.  s.431 elections are currently available for share issues and will soon be extended to share transfers.

Add cc recipients to confirmation statement approvals – you can now cc people to confirmation statement approvals.  If they are cc’ed, they will be able to review all of the same information and documents as the main recipient, but they wont be able to approve it.

Share capital in template articles at incorporation – Portfolio customers can upload their own house style article templates (via portfolio settings) to be used in incorporations.  These templates can include dynamic copy that will be updated for each incorporation.  As well as including the company name,  template articles can now include the share capital as a dynamic value.
