Features from: 28 Aug 2025 – change ARD, Companies House filing status, Loan Note Registers

Change ARD – select previous or current accounting period – we have made changes to the process for changing accounting reference dates (ARD), to make it easier to select whether you are changing the previous or current periods (depending on whether you have filed the previous accounts or not).

View Companies House filing status and history – portfolio customers can now see all Companies House submissions they have made.  This is in addition to being able to see the submission history in a particular entity’s timeline.

This can be accessed via the “Portfolio Activity & CH Submissions” button and page on your portfolio dashboard.  You can search for particular entities or filter by submission date.  You can use this to check on the status of submitted, but not yet approved, filings.

Option to select different wording on authority to allot resolutions – if you perform a share issue or a standalone authority to issue process you can not select if you want the authority to replace or supplement any existing authorities.

Include country/ state of residence in Officers & Shareholders report – the Officers & Shareholders report now includes the country/ state of residence (if known) of the stakeholder).

Improvement to Loan Note Registers – we’ve made further improvements to how we show details of Loan Notes in the relevant registers.
