Run board resolution to approve circulation of shareholder/member resolution – change company name. We’ve made further improvements to this process, and will soon be applying this option (of running a board resolution to approve circulation of a shareholder resolution) to other shareholder resolution (perform) processes.
Show stakeholder notes on register pages inside Kudocs – if you add stakeholder notes to a stakeholder in Kudocs, we now show a small notes icon on the relevant registers inside Kudocs. So it is easy to see those notes from the register page (without having to open the stakeholder page).
Improved formatting of customised covering emails – we’ve improved the formatting of any customised content you add to covering emails – e.g. line breaks, bullet points etc.
New portfolio report (officers/ LLP members and shareholders/ LBG members) – there is a new report available for portfolio customers that shows information about all officers, LLP members, shareholder and LBG members in all the entities in the portfolio. A cross between the official registers and a summary report. Xlsx format only.
Improvements to what date you can select to show as signature date on share/ membership certificates – now when you ask Kudocs to generate share or membership certificates when recording a transaction, you have a choice of 3 different dates to show on the certificate: (i) the transaction date; (ii) the actual signature date(s); (iii) or another date of your choosing.
