Select certain share issues to be in/excluded in an SH01 filing:  When you use Kudocs to file an SH01 as a standalone filing (i.e. separately to an allotment) you can now, as well as filtering transactions by date, select which allotments/ issues you want to include or exclude from the filing.  This is very useful if you have already filed an SH01 as part of a Kudocs share issue process and want to avoid double filing.  If you select to file in relation only to specific transactions, while details of only those transactions will be filed, the statement of capital will be as at the end of the selected date range.

Attach permission to use “same as” name in incorporation:  If you want to incorporate a company that has a name that Companies House considers it to be the same as, or very similar to, an existing name(s) you can only do so if (i) the new entity will be part of the same group of companies as the entity with the same or similar existing name and (ii) you have written confirmation from that company/ group that it does not object to the new name.  If that is the case you need to provide Companies House with such confirmation as part of the incorporation submission.  You can now attach that to your incorporation using Kudocs, and submit it automatically.
