Issue shares – file standalone SH01

This guide explains how to file an SH01 at Companies House using Kudocs.  This is for filings that are separate to the share issue process(es) – ie as a standalone.  You might want to do this if you want to issue shares in Kudocs, but delay the SH01 filing, or if you complete multiple share issues in a period of time and, rather than filing an SH01 for each issue, you prefer to file a single, consolidated SH01 covering all issues in that period.

See here how to issue (allot) new shares using Kudocs.
