This guide explains how to send one or more shareholders a custom update or notification using Kudocs.

The action is available via:

Perform route

Use the 'Notify/update shareholders' process to send a customised update to your shareholders. They do not have to sign in to view the update.

Select 'Notify/update shareholders'

Compose your text and add any necessary attachments

Kudocs gives you complete flexibility to customise your shareholder update. You can create your own text for the notification title and content, as well as for the covering email's subject line and message body. You can also upload one or more documents to be viewed alongside the update/notification.

Step 3

Select stakeholders to include or exclude from the update

More detail

Kudocs will default to emailing the notification to all current shareholders. However, you can choose to exclude one or more shareholders before finalising and sending. You can also include other stakeholders connected with the company in Kudocs - for example, past officers or shareholders.

Once confirmed, an email will be sent to all selected stakeholders inviting them to view the update

Kudocs will automatically save a copy of the update in the document store under 'shareholder notifications'.
