PSC/RLE/ORP – remove
This guide explains how to remove a Person with Significant Control (PSC) or a Relevant Legal Entity (RLE) using Kudocs.
The action is available via:
- The PSC/RLE’s entry under the Officers, PSCs & RLEs page
- Quick action list in the PSC’s (or RLE’s) stakeholder record – ‘Edit stakeholder’
For ease, this guide refers to PSCs and RLEs only – however, the same methods apply to ORPs.

Add the date when the individual or entity ceased to be a PSC/RLE, as well as the 'Information confirmed' date

- Process information stored in Kudocs for future reference & any relevant documents filed in document store.
- Companies House updated by filing PSC07.
- Company and stakeholder records updated.
