Company Secretary – resignation

Does a secretary have to consent to their removal?  No, but if they do not resign voluntarily, then the company will need to remove them (by board resolution).  If a secretary is resigning, it is a good idea to have that in writing for the record.

Does Kudocs update Companies House?  Yes, if you choose this option, Kudocs will file the necessary form (TM02) electronically on your behalf.
