Audit logs/ activity timeline

Does Kudocs provide an audit log of changes made?  Yes, there are a number of different types of audit log (or activity timelines) in Kudocs that show the full history of any changes that have been made.  See answers below for more information.

 

 

Does Kudocs provide an audit log of changes to a particular company/ entity?  Yes.  Kudocs has an activity timeline inside each entity account that shows all of the activities that have happened to that entity in Kudocs.  This can be found either in the Activity Timeline page (which shows all activities since the subscription started) or each individual process has its own activity timeline, showing events that relate to that process only.

 

Does Kudocs provide an audit log of changes to a particular portfolio?  Yes.  The Portfolio Activity screen (for portfolio customers only) shows a summary of all portfolio activities in Kudocs.  This includes things like user account creation and changes, adding/ editing subscriptions and generating portfolio reports.  For information about a specific entity, you need to look at the Activity timeline for that entity.

 

 

Does Kudocs provide an audit log of changes to a company/ entity’s subscription?  Yes.  In Settings > Company, you can see the fill subscription history for an entity on Kudocs.

 

 

 

Does Kudocs provide an audit log of admin changes made to any records in Kudocs?  Yes.  If you ask Kudocs to make a change to any information in a record stored in Kudocs (e.g. alter the date of a transaction), then, provided the correct permissions have been provided to make such a change, Kudocs will make the change and add a “Support Activity” entry which can be viewed in Settings > Support Activity.  Click on the notes icon to see full details of the request and change made.
