Share transactions

Issue and transfer shares quickly and easily using Kudocs.

You can use the system to run the entire process end to end. For issue that can include authority to issue, pre-emption (run or disapply), subscription agreements, deeds of adherence, board resolutions, share certificate generation and Companies House filings. For transfer that can include a standard form contract of sale & purchase, deeds of adherence, Stock Transfer Forms and Stamp Duty payment, board resolutions and share certificate generation (and Companies House filings if you want to file a confirmation statement).

You can also run authority to issue and pre-emption as standalone processes.
