Subdivision

In order to prepare for a future investment, the current shareholders needed to adjust their shareholdings. Kudocs was used for the subdivision.

“We had multiple shareholders, with different shareholdings and were subdividing by a slightly complicated amount. It’s not difficult, but time consuming, to work out the new shareholdings myself, but Kudocs did it all for me at the same time as all the other ‘not difficult, but time consuming’ tasks.”
