Quick Onboarding

One of our law firm customers was instructed by one of their clients – following a major investment – to provide cosec services, including updating the company books and Companies House filings following the transaction.

When the law firm took on the client, the company books and Companies House filings were at the pre-transaction status. The law firm used Quick Onboarding to get the company set up on Kudocs quickly – using the information from Companies House. They they then used the full range of Kudocs functionality to record all the necessary changes in the company registers, submit the necessary filings at Companies House and generate share certificates and S/EIS vouchers. This took them minutes, rather than hours, left the client extremely impressed and set up the firm and the client with shared access to company information going forward.
