Features from: 6 Nov 2025 – More IDV changes, joint holders, edit share class added to activity timeline

Joint holder information – added to entity summary reports and improved what we show in the Register of Members.

 

Edit share class details – now showing information about any changes made to share class details (administrative, not substantive) in the company activity timeline.

 

Lots of changes in preparation for IDV/ UID roll out on 18 November 2025, including

• New toggle view on the portfolio dashboard to be able to see which of your entities have all UID information provided, and which are still missing:

• Improved how we show the status of UIDs on each entity dashboard – making it easier to track who is missing what.

• Now showing the roles of the various stakeholders and their UID filing deadline/ window.  This is live data from Companies House so is (as of 6 Nov 2025) incorrect, but will update when CH update their data.

 

 

And lots of changes waiting to be released on 18 November 2025!
