Features from: 24 May 2025 – incorporation process summary, authentication code check, entity summary report

Show incorporation as completed process – if you incorporate a company using Kudocs, you can now see the incorporation as a completed process.  All the other information remains the same (e.g. you can view all the incorporation documents in the document store).

ORPs – we’ve made various changes and improvements to how you can add/ edit details of ORPs (other registrable persons).

Authentication code check and allow admin users to edit – if the authentication code for an entity changes (usually because someone else has forgotten it and requests a new one from Companies House without telling anyone else!), we detect that immediately and will flag it to you.  Admin users can then edit the code in Settings.

Stakeholder addresses added to entity summary report – as part of our ongoing improvements to the entity summary report (and group entity summary reports), you can now chose to include the addresses (service & residential) of current (active) stakeholders in an entity summary report.
