Features from: 24 July 2025 – portfolio stakeholder search & bulk IUD update, manual share certificate entries

Portfolio stakeholder search – we are working on the ability for portfolio customers to view and manage stakeholders across multiple entities at the same time (i.e. if someone is a director of 10 companies).  This work is made slightly harder and slightly easier by the changes coming in under ECCTA, but we are making great progress.  The first feature we are releasing is a tool that allows you to search for stakeholders across all entities.  As well as searching, you can (i) generate a report on those stakeholders and (ii) bulk update UIDs for those stakeholders.  We’ll be adding more features to this tool, so please try it out and let us know any comments or feedback!

Adding off system share certificate entries – when you add details to the share certificate register of a share certificate that has been issued not using Kudocs, there is a risk that you do not update the latest certificate number in Kudocs to that any future certificates issued by Kudocs use the correct number.  Now when you add a manual entry, you have the option to update the latest number in Kudocs.
