Features from: 23 Oct 2025 – Register of members, Non-UK entities and IDV/ ECCTA changes

Update to register of members – addresses, notes & voting rights – we’ve updated the register of members view so you can toggle between viewing shareholding information, or address and notes.  We’ve also added the option to show or hide voting %.  This is because, whilst useful to see, voting % are not legally required in registers of members, and some customers want to exclude them.

Non-UK entities – ongoing upgrades – we continue to review and improve our new – beta version – service for non-UK entities.  This allows you to store and maintain information about entities that are not registered in the UK on Kudocs.  This is a new feature and only available for portfolio customers, but please get in touch with us to find out more if you are interested in this.

Final touches in preparation for IDV/ UID launch on 18 November 2025 – we’re just making the last few tweaks to a wide range of changes to the system so that we are fully ready to support the changes at Companies House that will come into effect on 18 November 2025 – when key entity stakeholders will have to start confirming their IDV status in certain Companies House filings.  You can already see some of these changes in Kudocs (e.g. the new warning about UIDs required for certain stakeholders and their associated filing deadlines), and you’ll be able to see the rest after go live on 18 November 2025.
