Voting % in excel register adjusted – we’ve fixed a small issue where the voting % of some shareholders was not showing correctly in exported excel registers

PSC08 updated to reflect ECCTA 2023 changes – the ECCTA 2023 changes include alterations to the reasons required in a PSC08 statement.  We’ve update the system and pdf previews to reflect these changes.

Onboarding improvements (how we show recent share capital filings) – when onboarding a company you/we use Companies House data to create the initial account.  Without going into all the detail, CH provides us with shareholder and share capital information separately.  We’ve improved how we show any differences in this data.

Add File PSC UID button to stakeholder page – when the PSC’s filing window is open you can now file their UID directly from their stakeholder page.  But we still recommend using the automatic PSC UID filing tool where possible!
