Features from: 20 Feb 2026 – REA template for incorporation, LBG member view, site speed increases

Save default Registered Email Addresses for incorporation – as well as saving template registered office addresses for incorporations, portfolio customers can now also save template registered email addresses as part of their portfolio customisation.  This saves you valuable time (and reduces the risk of error) when incorporating new entities that will be using the portfolio’s REA service.  Just go to Portfolio Settings > Portfolio customisation > Registered addresses.

LBG member register – toggle between member info and addresses/ notes – you can now toggle the members register view for LBG companies in the same way that you can toggle the shareholder register in companies limited by share: between membership information and addresses/ notes.

S/EIS certificates – process update – we’ve made a few small changes to the S/EIS process to make the distinction between the number of shareholders to whom shares were issued vs the number of S/EIS certificates generated.

XLS register of members – name format – individual shareholder names are now exported as ‘surname, first name’ in the excel register exports (to match other exports).

Site speed improvements – we’ve been making a range of tweaks to the system (and continuing to do so) to improve page speed.  There’s now so many great features in the system that some pages for some users take a second too long to load, so we’re speeding it all up for you.
