Features from: 2 Oct 2025 – portfolio stakeholders, joint shareholders with multiple roles, non-UK entities
New Portfolio level stakeholder view – as the next extension to our portfolio level stakeholder tool, when you have a stakeholder in your portfolio who has multiple roles across many entities, you can use the UID to view all their roles in one place. We currently use the UID to link stakeholders (but will be expanding this) and this is only a way to view information, not make changes (but that is also coming soon). It is a great way to view all information about a particular individual across multiple entities. Just click on the UID in the portfolio stakeholder search page and then adjust the view to see what you need.
Joint shareholders can now have other roles – You have always been able to have joint shareholders/ members in Kudocs. But when the ‘senior’ member (ie the first named member) was also a director, PSC, etc that caused confusion. That is now fixed. You can have joint shareholders who have other roles in a company. The first named shareholder is the main stakeholder and they are the person who can have the others roles. E.g. if John Wayne and Mary Monrow are joint shareholders, you can also have John Wayne showing as a director. The fact that he is also a shareholder with Mary does not affect the fact that he is the director.
Non-UK entities – we have begun supporting accounts for entities that are not registered in the UK. This feature is in beta mode and if you would like to try it out, please get in touch with us directly. It’s a great tool and we want customers to try it out!
