Features from: 18 Sept 2025 – IDV warnings, pre-emption update, UK establishments

IDV warnings on entity dashboard – as part of our ongoing work to prepare for (and help our customers prepare for) the implementation of IDV on 18 November 2025 we have added a warning panel on every entity dashboard that shows if there are relevant stakeholders in the entity that require, but are missing, a UID in Kudocs.

Pre-emption process report – you can now generate a report during and after you have run pre-emption. This will show you all responses received to the pre-emption process including partial uptake and oversubscription requests.  All the same information is available in Kudocs, but this just allows you to export it.

Allow users to download docs in all formats – we have removed the restriction on some users that limited them to being able to download only pdf registers.  Now, if a user has permission to download registers, they can download in all formats.

UK establishments – edit stakeholder details – as part of our new feature supporting UK establishments (overseas entities with UK establishments and branches), we’ve updated some of the tools around adding/ editing stakeholder details.  This is because we can only extract certain information from Companies House, and you might need to fill in missing details (such as director residential addresses).

Stakeholders (Active Roles) Report – we’ve updated this report to include PSC/ RLE/ ORPs in the report, and also to highlight if the PSC is also an active director (because of the impact that has on completing the Companies House verification processes – https://www.kudocs.co.uk/idv-for-pscs-when-and-how-pscs-need-to-confirm-idv-to-companies-house/)
