Features from: 13 Nov 2025 – More IDV/ ECCTA changes, joint stakeholders, improved stakeholder search

Details of joint shareholders included in CS01 preview pdfs – when you prepare a confirmation statement for a company with joint shareholders, joint shareholding information is now showing in the pdf previews (it was always being filed at Companies House).

 

Joint LBG members – improved – we’ve made a range of improvements to how joint LBG members can be added and appear in Kudocs and in exported registers.

 

Sort by UID status on portfolio dashboard – you can now sort entities by IDV/ UID (personal code) status on the portfolio dashboard.  Making it easier for you to check and monitor the status of your client entities.

Improved stakeholder report to include UID information – we’ve upgraded the Stakeholders (All Roles) (UID) Report that you can generated from the portfolio stakeholder page and from the portfolio reports page.  This now includes all the necessary information you need to manage UID filing deadlines (as well as being able to see that information in Kudocs!)

Improved portfolio stakeholder search – we’ve made the search tool a bit more fuzzy to be more flexible in the results that it shows.

 

Improved UID status on the entity dashboard – this new layout makes it quick and easy to monitor UID statuses and also the filing window/ deadlines as per Companies House.

Automatic PSC UID filing enabled – all customers can now set up automatic PSC UID filings – so that provided you have added the UIDs to Kudocs, the system will file the UIDs for you when the relevant window opens.  This should be a massive benefit to you!  See here for more information

We will also be switching on all of the ECCTA/ UID/ IDV features overnight on 17 November 2025, ready for implementation on 18 November 2025.
