Features from: 13 March 2025 – entity summary report upgrade, first board minutes, and more

Updated and upgraded entity summary reports – We’ve refined the Entity Summary Reports and Group Entity reports.  They are now more compact in design and include extra information (e.g. share capital summary).

 

 

Generate first board minutes after incorporation – you can now select if you want Kudocs to generate the first board minutes for a company after incorporation.  Another time-saving feature!

 

Confirmation statement date validation – We’ve spotted a few issues recently where users are entering a made up to date that is the same as the last year’s confirmation statement, and so the filing is being rejected by Companies House.  We’ve now added a date validation that requires the made up to date to be after the last confirmation statement filing date.

 

Review your incorporation submission – you can always check the incorporation summary pdf, but you can now also check the incorporation process summary, which you might find easier to read.  Available in the Settings > Company.

 

Billing frequency – Fixed a bug where the frequency (monthly or annual) was not showing in Settings.
