PSC/RLE – update a PSC08 statement (file PSC09)
This guide explains how to update an existing PSC08 statement – by filing a PSC09 statement. This will update the company registers and automatically update Companies House.
The action is available via:
- All actions.
- By selecting the PSC08 statement you want to update.

Enter the dates the statement became true and the date it is to be recorded in the company registers
Step 4
Review what you have entered before submitting to Companies House and adding the statement to the register
Outputs - all handled automatically by Kudocs

- Changes will be submitted to CoHse (as if filing PSC09).
- PSC/RLE registers updated – PSC08 statement is marked as old.
