PSC/RLE – add a PSC08 statement
This guide explains how to add a PSC08 statement to the company registers and automatically update Companies House.
The action is available via:
- All actions.

Make the change from the All Actions menu - "Notify a new PSC/RLE statement (ie notify via PSC08)"
Select this route and Kudocs will help you complete all the necessary steps for this action.
Step 1
Select the statement that applies. If appropriate provide the name of the PSC/RLE (ie s.790E notice)
Step 2
Enter the date the statement became applicable to be recorded in the company registers
Step 3
Review what you have entered before submitting to Companies House and adding the statement to the register
Outputs - all handled automatically by Kudocs
- Activity information stored in Kudocs for future reference & any documents filed in document store.
- Changes will be submitted to CoHse (as if filing PSC08).
- PSC/RLE registers updated.
