How to file an SH01 using Kudocs

This guide explains how to file an SH01 at Companies House using Kudocs. This is for filings that are separate to the share issue process(es) – i.e. as a standalone. You might want to do this if you want to issue shares in Kudocs, but delay the SH01 filing, or if you complete multiple share issues in a period of time and, rather than filing an SH01 for each issue, you prefer to file a single, consolidated SH01 covering all issues in that period.

You can select to file information about all share issue transactions in this period, or only specific transactions. This may be particularly useful if you have already filed an SH01 as part of a Kudocs share issue process and want to avoid double filing (which you can see below).

If you select to file in relation only to specific transactions, while details of only those transactions will be filed, the statement of capital will be as at the end of the selected date range.
