Features from: 19 June 2025 – clone incorporations, proof of legal personality, LLPs for card customers

Clone or copy previous incorporations – portfolio customers can now clone or copy a previous incorporation as a way to quickly pre-populate a new draft incorporation.  This is particularly useful when incorporating a stack of group companies.  The clone can still be checked and edited before submission.

Attach proof of legal personality documents to incorporations – you can now attach documents to an incorporation as evidence of legal personality of corporate subscribers.  These documents will then be submitted to Companies House automatically as part of the incorporation submission.

LLPs now supported for card customers – card customers can now onboard and incorporate LLPs.

PSC08 statements included in entity summary reports – entity summary reports now include PSC08 statements, if relevant.

Share class totals added to Register of Member exports – we’ve added the share class totals and total share capital as a summary to the top of the Register of Member exports.
