The relevant PSC08 statement under an individual’s stakeholder record

Go to 'All actions' and select the option 'Update an existing PSC/RLE statement (ie update via PSC09)', or

Find the PSC08 statement you want to remove under either the Officers, PSCs & RLEs page or an individual's stakeholder record, click 'View statement' then 'Update statement'.

You may only select one PSC08 statement per submission. If you have multiple PSC08 statements in place you will need to submit these separately.

Step 3

Enter the relevant date(s)

More detail

Enter the date on which the PSC08 statement ceased to be true (e.g. if the facts changed or a restrictions notice was withdrawn).

You may also be asked to enter the 'register entry' date - this was relevant under the pre-ECCTA requirements. For now, Kudocs still requires this data but it will not be reported to Companies House.
