Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP partners with Kudocs

Kudocs is delighted to be supporting the corporate finance team at Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, the largest Scottish-headquartered UK law firm.

Shepherd and Wedderburn has been using Kudocs since early 2021 to assist its company secretarial and corporate transactional practices – using the technology to reduce admin and improve information viability and security.
