Features from: 9 April 2026 – share certificate re-issue, entrenched articles, amounts un/paid on RoM

Portfolio settings redesign  – As we now have so many options in the portfolio management area of the system, we have rationalised the layout making it clearer to use:

Re-issue share certificate with manually selected number of shares – we have updated the share certificate re-issue process so that you can now generate a share certificate for any number of shares (as opposed to using the current shareholding balance) as of any date and select a specific share certificate number to use.  So you can now use Kudocs to generate (e.g.) a missing share certificate from the past.

Register of members exported register: show or hide amount un/paid – The requirement under the Companies Act to show “the amount paid or agreed to be considered as paid on the shares of each member” can be complex and confusing.  See here for more information on this topic and here for a recent feature update.  We have now added the option to generate a shareholder register without showing the amounts un/paid.  Whether you use this or not, we leave to your discretion!

Entrenched provisions at incorporation – we’ve adjusted the incorporation process to make it easier to notify Companies House if your articles include entrenched provisions.

Incorporation pdf summary – we’ve updated and improved the design of the incorporation summary pdf.
