Features from: 8 May 2026 – internal post-it notes

You can now add virtual post-it notes to Kudocs!  In addition to the wide range of transaction-specific or stakeholder-specific notes as well as entity-level notes, we’ve enhanced our internal notes tool so that you can now add our version of Post-It ®️ notes to an entity account in Kudocs.

These internal working notes (or memo notes) are for your internal use and can be used however you like.  They don’t appear in any exported registers or CH filings.  Use them for aide memoires, for communicating with colleagues, or whatever you like.  You can categorise them, rate them by importance and link them to particular processes, stakeholders or external links.
