Features from: 8 May 2025 – register of member date filters, ERS reports, incorporation improvements, options pie chart

Date range filter now applies to share transactions in Register of Members export – the option to filter exported registers by date (e.g. who was a shareholder between 01/02/2022 and 12/12/2024) has been available for a while.  We have upgraded this feature so that if you apply a date filter on the register of members, not only does it filter by reference to membership status, but it also filters the share transactions for that period.

Improvements to incorporation questionnaire and incorporation – we’ve made a number of small improvements to the incorporation processes to tidy up the flow.

Add details of non cash consideration in save and preview screen – when recording a new share issue with non-cash consideration, you can now see details of that consideration in the save & preview screen (just a small change!)

Fixed a bug with the date validation when adding details of a warrant.

Generate ERS report for only selected companies in a portfolio – you can now apply a filter to an ERS report (portfolio customers only) to show only certain companies.

Improved the labelling on the un/vested options pie chart
