Features from: 30 Jan 2025 – Groups and Group reports, Corporate RLEs, Traded PLC updats

Add more information about non-Kudocs entities to a Group –  Portfolio customers can now add more information about non-Kudocs entities (e.g non-UK companies) to their groups, such as addresses, key officers, owners etc.  You can also add documents to these entities in Groups.

Group reports – Portfolio customers can generate reports about the entities in their groups – including entities that have an account and those that don’t.  You can also filter the information you include in these reports – e.g. just generate a report on the directors and shareholders.

Governing law is now a free text field for RLEs – we used to have a country drop down, but have changed this to a free text field as some customers like to reference the governing legislation as well as the country of registration.

Traded PLCs – further enhancements to our support for traded PLCs including improving how and where we show the trading status and DTR5 information and PSC exemptions.
