Features from: 27 May 2026 – resend all share certificates, document store improvements, reminders about failed submissions
Resend current share certificates in bulk. You’ve always been able to resend share certificates to individual shareholders, but you can now resend share certificates to multiple shareholders. This only applies (obviously!) to share certificates that (i) Kudocs has generated and (ii) which are electronically signed. You cannot resend certificates generated outside of Kudocs, nor wet signature certificates.
To do this, just go to Actions > All Actions > Resend all current share certificates and follow the instructions.

Document store improvements. We’ve been making various changes and improvements to the document store. Hopefully you wont notice anything. It will just be better.
Failed filing reminders (portfolio users only). Kudocs is designed to automate filings to Companies House. As part of that, it validates the data you enter so that the filings are not rejected unnecessarily by Companies House. However, there are still times when despite this, the Companies House validation picks up on something that Kudocs cannot. For example there have been a lot of rejected filings since the implementation of IDV (see here for more info). When a filing is rejected, our customer support team will email you to explain the issue and how to resolve it. To make it easier for you track these failed filings, we now show a ‘failed submission’ button on the portfolio dashboard if you have any failed submissions. Click on this and it will show you a summary of all your filings that are currently marked as failed.
This should make it easier for you to track them and get them resolved.

Lots of changes under the hood, as always…
