cc people to initiator emails – Kudocs sends a variety of emails to notify about upcoming filings or activities due in relation to a portfolio and it also emails individual users in relation to a process that they have started – e.g. confirmation that a shareholder resolution has been completed or an incorporation has been approved, etc.  We now allow portfolio users to set – in their settings – cc email address(es) who will also be able to receive these updates – i.e. the email will still be sent to the user who initiated the process, but you can cc the rest of your cosec team as standard to keep them in the loop.

Improvements to the notes you can add to share transfers – you can now add trasnferee and transferor specific notes in share transfers with multiple parties.

Incorporation without any PSCs – we’ve improved how you select and the system stores when an entity is being incorporated without any PSCs

Incorporation with the same person as a director and secretary – we’ve improved the UX where you want to appoint the same person/ corporate as a company director and secretary at incorporation.

Board resolution approving circulation of shareholder resolution – we continue to roll out improvements to perform processes involving shareholder resolutions.  You can now run both resolutions as part of the perform process when adopting new articles, with the remaining processes to follow very soon.
