Features from: 16 May 2024 – new version CS01 (paper preview) and select currency for historic share issues/ transfers

New version (v5) CS01 now provided when a paper form is needed (preview, or for paper filing).  This updates the preview Kudocs provides to match the latest version published by Companies House.

Select currency for historic share issues and transfers – you can now record a historic share issue or transfer in a currency different to the current nominal value.  This allows you to record a transaction that happened before a redenomination.

Change entity subscription to watching only via Reports & Subscription management – you can now put an entity onto a watching only subscription in the same way as making any other change to the entity subscription.
