Features from: 16 April – incorporation templates, delete rejected incorporations

Add more templates to portfolio incorporations – we’ve just released the ability to save more templates in your portfolio to help speed up incorporations.

As well as template addresses and template registered email addresses, you can now save template:

• Stakeholders (ie details of people or corporates to be added as officers, subscribers and PSCs)
• Share classes

Delete rejected incorporations from portfolio dashboard  You can now delete rejected incorporations (for those few times when you can’t fix the issue with a rejected incorporation and don’t want it cluttering up your incorporation list!

Improvements to our AI importer (for historic register information)  Just as AI continues to evolve, so too does our historic data importer tool!  It just keeps getting better and easier to use.
