Features from: 11 Mar 2026 – re-issue multiple share certs, record historic transfers, PSC “information confirmed date”

Re-issue share certificates for multiple shareholders at the same time – you’ve been able to re-issue a share certificate to an individual shareholder for a long time, but now you can re-issue multiple share certificates at once.  See here for more information.

Improved data validation when recording historic share transfers – we’ve adjusted the date validation when recording historic share transfers, so the system now looks at the register entry date, rather than the transfer instrument date and references that against the last CS date.

Adjusted remaining sections of the system to refer to the PSC “information confirmed date” – there were a few places that still used the old “register entry date” in relation to certain PSC changes.  Under the ECCTA changes, this now refers to the information confirmed date – which is the date on which the company or PSC confirmed the relevant facts.

System optimisations – we continue to work on page speed and optimisation to make the site run even faster.  Let us know what you think or if you have any page speed issues.
