Features from: 1 May 2025 – UID, Confirmation statement, Warrant register, subscription and filing graphs

Add UIDs to Kudocs – Now that Companies House has enabled the IDV process you can start storing Unique IDs (UID) in Kudocs in anticipation of them being required later this year.  For more information, see here.

Confirmation statement refresh – We have complete a full overhaul of our confirmation statement process for all entity types.  The process is now clearer and easier to use as well as some specific changes, including:

a) showing all core information about an entity for review purposes, even though not all information is included in the confirmation statement (and we make clear what is and is not going to be filed).

b) the option to send an entity summary report as part of the confirmation statement approval pack.

 

Warrant registers  – we have updated and significantly expanded our warrants register functionality.

Share certificate file name – we’ve improved how we name share certificate file names when downloaded – to include company and shareholder name.

 

Subscription summary breakdown – portfolio customers can now see a summary of all their subscription types.  This is available in the Reports & Subscriptions page of the portfolio:

 

Portfolio activity  graphs – portfolio customers can now see a graph of all (i) entities incorporated or onboarded to Kudocs and (ii) submissions to Companies House.  This is available in the Portfolio Activity Log page of the portfolio:
