You can use the 'All actions' menu within Kudocs to add a PSC08 statement and update Companies House. Kudocs will help you complete all necessary steps.

Under 'All actions', select the option 'Notify a new PSC/RLE statement (ie notify via PSC08)'

You will be given a list of options to choose from. You may only select one option per PSC08 submission.

Some options may not be available depending on what is already recorded in Kudocs for PSCs.

If appropriate, provide the name of the identified PSC/RLE (i.e. if they have been given a notice for information or a restrictions notice).
