Director – removal (by directors)

This guide explains how to remove a director from your board using Kudocs (if your Articles allow this).

The action is available via:

  • Quick action list in the director’s stakeholder record – ‘Edit stakeholder record’
  • All actions

This is a Record only action. To access this, you must have enabled the option for directors to remove other directors without shareholder approval under ‘Settings > Articles of association > Director information’.

For more details on removal of a director, read our FAQ.
