Subscription information – dates, packages, etc
How can I see details of a subscription for a particular entity? Provided you have the appropriate user permissions, you can see all information about a particular subscription or package in Company Settings > Company. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see all the current and historic subscription information. This includes:
- Whether the subscription is for a full Kudocs service or incorporation only.
- Was the entity incorporated using Kudocs?
- If the entity was incorporated, what type of incorporation (standard or same day)
- Whether the entity is on a monthly or annual subscription and when the subscription renewal date is
- Whether the entity is on a “watching only” subscription.
- If the entity has changed subscriptions over time, when each subscription started and ended.

- Card customers can view invoices and billing history in Company Settings > Billing. See here for more information.
- Portfolio customers receive invoices separately, subject to the terms of the relevant contract with have with you. Please contact you Kudocs key contact (within your organisation) for more information, or email finance@kudocs.co.uk for more information.

How can I see fees/ pricing information for an entity on Kudocs? If you are a card customer you can see you fee rate/ billing history in your company settings – see here for more information.
Portfolio customers will be invoiced for their subscriptions according to their contract. However, portfolio admins can see the fee schedule (current and historic) in Portfolio Actions > Pricing information. If you want more information about your fees, please contact Kudocs directly.
