Stakeholder dashboard
Can I use Kudocs to give my investors (shareholders) access to certain information?. Yes, this is very easy to do using the stakeholder dashboard. Give your investors access to see information about the company, their shareholding information (including documents such as share certificates, EIS certificates, dividend vouchers, etc) and their transaction history. Can I give access to only option holders, but not shareholders (and vice versa)? Yes. You can select which dashboards are enabled for which group of stakeholders. You can do this via Settings> Users> Stakeholder dashboard. For more information, see here.
If I give stakeholders access, will they be able to see information about other shareholders? A shareholder will only be able to see the details of their shareholdings (eg transaction history, documentation, personal details etc). You can also control whether they can see high level information about other shareholders (ie the shareholder register).
Can I use Kudocs to give my option holders access to information about their option grants & schemes and track their progress over time? Yes, this is very easy to do using the stakeholder dashboard. Give your option holders access to see information about their option grants and how they vest. This includes information about the scheme the grant belongs to, documents that relate to the scheme (eg scheme rules), grant and to them personally. Option holders can view multiple grants via the dashboard (if they benefit from multiple grants) and they can contact the company if they have any questions or to request any changes. If I give an option holder access, will they be able to see information about other option holders? No. They will only be able to see information about their grant(s).
