Loan Notes
Does Kudocs provide a Loan Note register? Yes. It is very quick and easy to add and edit information about Loan Notes (or other similar instruments) to Kudocs. Just go to Actions > All Actions > Add Loan Note. Or you can also access the feature from the Accounts, Charges & Dividends page. You can view details of all Loan Notes in Kudocs and/or export them to a pdf or xlsx register.
Can I edit/ update information about Loan Notes in Kudocs register? Yes. Just find the Loan Note you need to edit and make any changes needed. There will be a full audit log of all changes.
Do I need to file anything at Companies House in relation to Loan Notes? No. There are no filing obligations around Loan Notes.
